Wanda was joined by her husband Jim in 2004, who retired as a Sergeant of the Houston Police Dept. after 27 years of honorable service. I originally got my real estate license in 1984, although during that time I worked for 12 years as a state certified real estate appraiser. I also have experience in home construction and manufactured homes. I have lived here in Alvin since 1999 and enjoy traveling, outdoors, and spending time with my wife Martina and Victoria, our 13 year old drama queen. Although we have only been in Alvin since 1999, it is hard to imagine wanting to live anywhere else.
